Keith Howell represents clients in copyright and other intellectual property and litigation matters.

Before joining O+Z, Keith was a senior associate at WilmerHale in Washington, DC, where he represented a wide range of clients in intellectual property and complex commercial litigation matters. Keith has successfully represented clients across all stages of litigation, including preparing pleadings, developing case strategy, managing discovery, leading major briefing efforts, and handling trial and appeals.

Keith earned his J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center, where he served as Managing Editor of The Georgetown Law Journal. Keith graduated magna cum laude and was elected to the Order of the Coif. Prior to law school, Keith earned his B.A. in Economics and Political Science from the University of Arizona, graduating summa cum laude.

Keith is a member of the District of Columbia and Maryland Bars and is admitted to practice before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit.
