Rachel Riley is an associate at Oppenheim + Zebrak, LLP, focusing on copyright and other intellectual property and litigation matters.
Before joining O+Z, Rachel was an associate at Covington & Burling LLP in New York, where her practice focused on complex commercial litigation matters.
Rachel earned her J.D. from New York University School of Law, where she was named a Robert McKay scholar. During law school, Rachel was a member of the NYU Moot Court Board and served as a teaching assistant for Professor John Sexton. Rachel earned her B.A. from Dartmouth College, graduating magna cum laude with a major in Government and minor in Public Policy.
Rachel is a member of the New York bar and is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York.
