Timothy Chung is an associate at Oppenheim + Zebrak, LLP, focusing on copyright and other intellectual property and litigation matters.

Before joining O+Z, Timothy was an associate at Norton Rose Fulbright LLP in New York, where his practice focused on antitrust and complex commercial litigation matters.

Timothy earned his J.D. from Columbia Law School, where he was named a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar and received the Carroll G. Harper prize for academic achievement in intellectual property. While at Columbia, Timothy also served as the Executive Submissions Editor for the Columbia Journal of Law & the Arts and as research assistant for Professor Jane Ginsburg. Timothy earned his B.A. in Latin and Creative Writing from Oberlin College, graduating with High Honors.

Timothy is a member of the New York bar.
