Edward Crouse

Associate

Edward Crouse is an associate at Oppenheim + Zebrak, LLP, where he focuses on intellectual property litigation. He has handled a wide array of matters, including copyright, trademark, trade secret, free speech, Section 230 platform liability, and licensing disputes.

Prior to joining O+Z, Edward was an associate in the content, media, and entertainment group at Jenner & Block LLP. Edward clerked for the Honorable Christina A. Snyder of the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California.

He received his J.D. from Stanford Law School and his B.A., summa cum laude, from Columbia University. During law school, Edward participated in Stanford’s Santa Clara County Litigation and Policy Partnership and the school’s International Human Rights & Conflict Resolution Clinic. He also served as editor-in-chief of the Stanford Journal of International Law, as well as co-president of Stanford’s Immigration Naturalization Pro Bono Project and Entertainment & Sports Law Association.
