Eli Goldman represents clients in copyright and other intellectual property and litigation matters.

Before joining O+Z, Eli was an associate at Debevoise & Plimpton LLP in New York, where he represented a range of clients in intellectual property matters and complex commercial litigation and maintained an active pro bono practice. Eli clerked for Judge Jane Richards Roth of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit.

Eli earned his J.D., cum laude from the New York University School of Law, where he was named a Robert McKay Scholar and served as Executive Editor of the Journal of Legislation & Public Policy. Before law school, Eli earned his B.A. summa cum laude in History and Comparative Politics from the University of Pennsylvania, where he was elected to Phi Beta Kappa.

Eli is a member of the New York bar and is admitted to practice before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit.
